Koclan Group LLC serves as the international trade interface — managing buyer relationships, contract execution, and market access across our active corridors.
Koclan Nigeria Limited operates as our origin-side partner, coordinating supplier networks, aggregation, pre-shipment logistics, and quality controls within Nigeria.

Quality Assurance Protocol
Every shipment is subject to a structured QA process before loading.
01
Supplier Pre-Qualification
All suppliers undergo a qualification process covering production capacity, prior export history, facility inspection, and compliance with Nigerian export regulations before being admitted to our network.
02
Lot Sampling at Origin
Representative samples are drawn from each lot at the point of aggregation. Samples are assessed for moisture content, grade, foreign matter, and commodity-specific quality parameters.
03
Third-Party Pre-Shipment Inspection
Independent inspection is conducted by accredited agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent) prior to loading. Inspection covers weight, grade, moisture, and compliance with buyer specifications.
04
Documentation Package
A complete documentation package is prepared for each shipment: Certificate of Analysis, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Weight Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading.
05
Destination Compliance
Shipments are prepared to meet import standards of the destination market — GCC food safety requirements, EU phytosanitary standards, or South Asian import regulations as applicable.
